Buy Siamese Kitten in Sector-12, Gurgaon

Availability in Sector-12 and the rest of Gurgaon is updated as litters clear. A social small breed moves quickly, so the useful question is which week rather than whether.

Flats, floors and a small breed

Builder floors and high-rises ask different things of a small cat. Hard flooring is the usual culprit: a Siamese Kitten that slides on polished tile will brace badly. Rugs on the routes it runs solve most of it cheaply.

Cost of a Siamese Kitten in Sector-12

Budget from ₹32,500 upward, and budget past the purchase too. A small cat costs money every month after the first one - food, vaccination boosters, and the occasional vet visit that nobody plans for.

Living with a social breed

The Siamese Kitten is social, which is easy to read as low-maintenance. It is not. A breed that settles quickly still needs the routine set in the first weeks, or it sets its own and you live with that for 15–20 Years.

What the Gurgaon climate does to a Siamese Kitten

The season here is not a footnote. the plateau climate is relatively moderate, which suits a wide range of breeds A Siamese Kitten will keep going long past the point it should, so the limit has to come from you - shorter outings, shade on the route, and a hard stop when the ground is hot underfoot.

Paperwork and health checks

Every Siamese Kitten leaves with its vaccination record, deworming dates and a health check done before listing, not after booking. If a record is incomplete we hold the cat back rather than paper over it.

What a Siamese Kitten costs here

₹32,500 to ₹47,000 covers most placements in Sector-12. The spread is the litter, the age at handover, and whether the health work was genuinely done. We would rather explain the figure than discount it.

What you get with the cat

Vaccination card, deworming dates and the pre-handover vet note — originals, signed and dated. Handover in Sector-12 is scheduled outside peak movement, because a young Siamese Kitten in a stationary car in the heat is a bad start.
